Story behind the piece: 

The Abyss of Possibilities mirrors the upward tunnel motif first introduced in 'The Divine Calling'. Essentially representing a gradual rise into a future full of all sorts of possibilities.

The dark, dramatic waves at the base symbolise the inevitable challenges and turbulence that come with stepping into uncertainty. Yet, as the eye moves upward, the composition brightens, culminating in a radiant burst of orange that embodies hope, growth, and renewal. Just like in life, the journey towards the top will not be easy but it is bright (like the gold here) and worth it all.

This piece celebrates the unknowing of the future - how even through uncertainty, in the dark, it will still be a positive transformation. It serves as a reminder that transformation often begins in the depths but always moves toward light.
